Practice Movement Stockholm is Sweden’s only movement school, dedicated to offering you high-quality movement education. We engage in many different types of movement with the intention of learning more about ourselves, both physically and mentally. We practice to learn, experience more, and transcend what we once thought was impossible. We move our bodies and minds in periods of 6-week project blocks, in various subjects such as handstands, acrobatics, strength, dance, parkour, and more.
